Stuffed Vegetable-Bharwa Bhindi
Bharwa Bhindi:Vegetables stuffed in dry vegetables are liked by everyone. Stuffed vegetables can be eaten even after keeping them for 2 days, they do not spoil quickly. Stuffed Bhindi is very much liked in my family. We can make Bharwa Bhindi in many ways, by making plain masala, adding gram flour to the spice, adding paneer or potato to the masala, frying onions and garlic and making masala, but today we will add gram flour to the masala. Will make Stuffed Ladyfingers.
Material -
- Bhindi - 300 grams (medium size soft bhindi)
- Gram flour - 1 tbsp (if you want)
- Oil - 3 - 4 tbsp
- Fennel powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - half teaspoon
- Amchur powder - half a teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger - 1 inch long piece (grated)
- Asafoetida - 1 pinch
- Cumin - 1/4 tsp Salt - as per taste (3/4 tsp)
Method -
- Wash the okra well.
- Remove the water, cut the stalks on both sides of the bhindi
- and cut them in such a way that the bhindi remains attached to one side.
- Take out all the spices except asafoetida and gram flour in a plate and mix them.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a small pan, add asafoetida and cumin seeds,
- add gram flour and fry after cumin crackles,
- add all the spices taken out in the plate to this spice,
- fry for 1 minute, turn off the gas, fill in the bhindi The masala is ready.
- Fill this masala little by little in the okra (fill the masala in such a way that all the okra are filled).
- Put 2 tbsp oil in a pan and heat it.
- Put the spiced bhindi in the oil and stir slowly 2-3 times with a spoon, cover and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes, open the lid, turn the bhindi, cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 more minutes.
- Open the ladyfingers and turn them over and cook on a high flame for 2 - 3 minutes without the lid. Stuffed okra is ready.
- Take out the stuffed bhindi in a bowl, serve the stuffed bhindi with gram flour paratha, naan or chapati and eat.
